    An average doctor (but who really wants an 'average' doctor. . .) will have all group one skills at rank four to six and all group 2 skills at at least rank 5. He will be able to treat (or at least diagnose) all common diseases. The doctor makes a perception test against the difficulty number of a given disease and the result is the expected quality of treatment. If the doctor is unable to treat a patient, he will be able to find a physician who can.

    There typically is no specialization or certification of mastery for this type of profession. This medical profession is not nearly as advanced as it will become in about two thousand years (the change to the current era) and pales in comparison to the medical marvels that will occur in about five thousand years (today for us). Any doctor who is qualified by his guild to practice his profession is considered a master (without the requirement of certification). However, an individual must learn from a school. Specilization may be racial or an area of the body.
